Stock-style: Type B hubs, keyed bores, two set screws each.

Three rows of teeth for three-strand 1" chain.
Using the CheapCAD Tools connector, design a two-sprocket drive in Sprocket Designer on ANSI 80 roller chain, 3 strands (triplex, both sprockets), about 1000 mm between centres. Sprocket 1: 21 teeth, a sprocket; a 45 mm bore; a keyway 14 mm wide and 3.8 mm deep; a hub on one side, 80 mm across and 45 mm long; 2 M10 set screws. Sprocket 2: 42 teeth, a sprocket; a 55 mm bore; a keyway 16 mm wide and 4.3 mm deep; a hub on one side, 95 mm across and 50 mm long; 2 M10 set screws. Check the design, apply any Auto-fix it suggests, then export both sprockets as STL and give me the download link.
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app with the CheapCAD Tools connector, and it designs this drive with you, checks it and hands you the files. How to connect your AI.
The link opens both sprockets and the chain in the Sprocket Designer's 3D Mode. Change the teeth, bore, hub or spokes, then download STL, STEP, DXF or SVG. Strength figures are the app's plane-stress check of each sprocket in the material it names; SF is the safety factor.
