Stock-style: Type B hubs, keyed bores, two set screws each.

A 3 : 1 conveyor reduction on straight-sided splined shafts, each retaining ring flush in a counterbore.
Using the CheapCAD Tools connector, design a two-sprocket drive in Sprocket Designer on ANSI 40 roller chain, about 500 mm between centres. Sprocket 1: 15 teeth, a sprocket; an ISO 14 straight-sided spline bore: 6 splines, minor diameter 23 mm, major 26 mm, width 6 mm; a DIN 471 retaining ring on the top face, each in a counterbore so it sits flush; a hub on one side, 38 mm across and 22 mm long. Sprocket 2: 45 teeth, a sprocket; an ISO 14 straight-sided spline bore: 6 splines, minor diameter 28 mm, major 32 mm, width 7 mm; a DIN 471 retaining ring on the top face, each in a counterbore so it sits flush; a hub on one side, 48 mm across and 25 mm long. Check the design, apply any Auto-fix it suggests, then export both sprockets and both sample shafts as STL and give me the download link.
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app with the CheapCAD Tools connector, and it designs this drive with you, checks it and hands you the files. How to connect your AI.
The link opens both sprockets and the chain in the Sprocket Designer's 3D Mode, with the splined sample shafts and their retaining rings, which download with the drive (STEP, STL and drawings). Change the teeth, bore, hub or spokes, then download STL, STEP, DXF or SVG. Strength figures are the app's plane-stress check of each sprocket in the material it names; SF is the safety factor.
