Stock-style: Type B hubs, keyed bores, two set screws each.

A 3 : 1 drive with a cast-style 57T wheel (a 22 mm deep rim, six 36 mm spokes) on straight-sided splined shafts, rings flush in counterbores on both faces.
Using the CheapCAD Tools connector, design a two-sprocket drive in Sprocket Designer on ANSI 60 roller chain, about 800 mm between centres. Sprocket 1: 19 teeth, a sprocket; an ISO 14 straight-sided spline bore: 8 splines, minor diameter 32 mm, major 36 mm, width 6 mm; DIN 471 retaining rings on both faces, each in a counterbore so it sits flush; a hub on one side, 50 mm across and 35 mm long. Sprocket 2: 57 teeth, a sprocket; an ISO 14 straight-sided spline bore: 8 splines, minor diameter 42 mm, major 46 mm, width 8 mm; DIN 471 retaining rings on both faces, each in a counterbore so it sits flush; a hub on one side, 40 mm long; spokes: straight spokes, 6 of them, Hub OD 110 mm, Rim Depth 22 mm, Spoke Width 36 mm. Check the design, apply any Auto-fix it suggests, then export both sprockets and both sample shafts as STL and give me the download link.
Paste it into Claude, ChatGPT or any AI app with the CheapCAD Tools connector, and it designs this drive with you, checks it and hands you the files. How to connect your AI.
The link opens both sprockets and the chain in the Sprocket Designer's 3D Mode, with the splined sample shafts and their retaining rings, which download with the drive (STEP, STL and drawings). Change the teeth, bore, hub or spokes, then download STL, STEP, DXF or SVG. Strength figures are the app's plane-stress check of each sprocket in the material it names; SF is the safety factor.
