Key Features

Two-Pulley Drive Calculator Enter centre distance or tooth count — the tool calculates belt length, drive ratio, and corrected centre distance.
Advanced Profile Tuning Fine-tune tooth clearance and backlash for special requirements — tighter tolerances for high positional accuracy, or looser fits for high-speed and high-temperature applications.
Hub & Bore Options Set bore diameter, hub OD, hub height, set-screw count, captured-nut pockets, and keyway dimensions.
Spoked Pulleys Reduce weight and material with configurable spoke count, width, hub OD, rim depth, and fillets.
Flanges Generate 3D-printable or metal-spec flanges with optional support ribs and nub locating features.
Upcoming CAD Software Integration Direct import into your CAD environment — no manual file handling. Planned platforms: Fusion 360, FreeCAD, Onshape, SolidWorks, AutoCAD.

Precise Geometry

Every tooth profile is computed from the published ISO and ANSI standard formulas — curvilinear HTD/GT flanks, parabolic RPP flanks, trapezoidal Imperial and T-series flanks, and S-series tip crush handling. Geometry scales correctly with tooth count; no interpolation or lookup tables.
